The Installers arrived on time. Introduced themselves. Explained what they would be doing. The guys worked neatly, and cleaned up everything as they went along. Would I recommend them, yes!

I did an AI look before I ordered and I love the result now that they are in. The installer was very helpful and professional. It took half a day and it was hot!! All in all it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer services and absolutely disorganized coordinator - we had 3 doors & 3 motor replacement and scheduled it ahead of time to be completed in one day. They worked a half day and… Read more Very poor customer services and absolutely disorganized coordinator - we had 3 doors & 3 motor replacement and scheduled it ahead of time to be completed in one day. They worked a half day and left without installing the motors, apparently, it would require just an extra hour of work, but they did not stay. We had to wait for 9 days for them with not working 3 doors, to complete it in less then an hour. In both cases, they did not clean up after themselves, extremely poor experience.

But it wasn’t until a year later… Read more Last year (2025) I had asked for an on site inspection of my existing three garage doors and a price quote for replacement of them. I received both of them promptly. But it wasn’t until a year later (2026) that I needed the replacement work done.
The Office Manager was very helpful in scheduling the work in a very timely manner.
The Installers really knew their work, and did an outstanding job.
I am very satisfied with the new doors. !
