When we returned home later that day, we found that our garage refrigerator was missing some beer! The radio station we play in the garage was changed, too. It seems that the installers got a little "too comfortable" on the job. It's unfortunate because the doors themselves look great and really improved the garage's exterior.

Michael We are sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with your experience with our company. Fortunately, it sounds like the installation and final product were up to your standards, but you were not happy with the technicians on site. I have personally talked to both employees, and they apologized for changing your radio station. As for the other accusation made, I have to strongly back my guys and believe they are telling me the truth considering both men don't even drink. Please understand that an accusation like the one you made could seriously effect someones career at this company. Keeping our customers safe, satisfied, and happy is our main goal at B&B, and i apologize for the misunderstanding.

Finally we decided to call for a repair. When Kyle came over and explained that he could fix the problem but also pointed out that the door was in rough shape and maybe consider a new door. There was no pressure, and he left us with information. Within a day we decided to go for the new door. The install was quick and we have been enjoying the security and beauty of the door ever since.
