The installer… Read more I felt totally comfortable with the entire process of reviewing the products both on-line and at B&B's office, the quotation process and feedback, and the installation process. The installer was very professional and a very skilled craftsman. There were issues with the operation of the new door opener and they returned first thing the next day to exchange and replace with another new opener. Very satisfied and in INCOMPARABLE total price compared to other local providers and installers.

When we returned home later that day, we found that our garage refrigerator was… Read more Our detached garage was left open for the installers on the install day while my family and I went to school and work. When we returned home later that day, we found that our garage refrigerator was missing some beer! The radio station we play in the garage was changed, too. It seems that the installers got a little "too comfortable" on the job. It's unfortunate because the doors themselves look great and really improved the garage's exterior.

Michael We are sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with your experience with our company. Fortunately, it sounds like the installation and final product were up to your standards, but you were not happy with the technicians on site. I have personally talked to both employees, and they apologized for changing your radio station. As for the other accusation made, I have to strongly back my guys and believe they are telling me the truth considering both men don't even drink. Please understand that an accusation like the one you made could seriously effect someones career at this company. Keeping our customers safe, satisfied, and happy is our main goal at B&B, and i apologize for the misunderstanding.
