Technician showed up and in 20 minutes he had found the problem (broken wire). He also adjusted the springs and lubricated the rollers. A great job on a very cold day. Best company ever!

Bruce fully explained the different door features and helped me choose the best doors for my needs, which turned out to be less expensive than what I had first chosen. Install was done perfectly and the new doors are super quiet and warmer than old ones.
